Unit 10: ECOSYSTEMS
 The last Unit of this year is about ecosystems. Most of you will never study again Biology. Please, remember that is a good chance for a good mark as the unit is very easy. Pay attention to definitions and the cycles. You may watch some youtube videos about cycles if necessary, as we did in class. |

 This Unit is explaining the basis of the DNA. We studied classic genetics in Unit 6: this is another step in the investigations about Genetics. This Unit is important to understand the Evolution (Unit 8), one of the most interesting Units of this course. We are going to work in colaborative as usual. The marks were good marks in previous Unit: try to work as usual and you will get it again! |

COLLECTION OF FOSSILS
 We had reciently the chance of recieving an amazing collection of fossils. The collection included trilobites and graptolites among others. It was a great opportunity to observe the fossils because we have been studying lots of them in Unit 3, The History of the Earth. This collection belongs to the father of our teacher don Javier Chivite. We really thanks to don Javier and his father their generosity and patient. |
